Licensed Facial/Skincare Professionals are welcome to register at our website. www.everlyskin.com

Send us a copy of one of the credentials to contact@everlyskin.com after creating an online membership account.

Following Credentials:

• 1). Esthetics License
• 2). Cosmetology License
• 3). Salon/spa Business License
• 4). Letter from owner of salon or spa
• 5). W-2 Form
• 6). For students - Permit issued by State

Please send the above from the same email address that is registered with your EverlySKin account (otherwise, we may not be able to match it to your pending account).

Please provide us with your business license. If you are not the owner of the beauty salon/medical spa, please provide us your salon's name with the physical address or website or IG.

As soon as we receive all of the above, we will review and update your membership registration and we will send you a confirmation email so you can start viewing EverlySKin products with prices, which must remain confidential and you agree to keep confidential.

We activate new accounts usually within a few hours or but sometimes up to five business days after verifying the applicant's business or professional credentials.

We know you are busy and this extra step is inconvenient, but we need to verify all members are actual professionals in order to maintain competitive wholesale prices for only professionals.

Delivery

Shipping typically takes 3~7 business days. International shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

DUTIES & TAXES

We exclude the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you need to pay additional fees.

Shipping fees will not be refunded.

We are not responsible for refunds if:

• 1). Packages are refused due to duties and taxes.
• 2). Packages can not clear customs because of restrictions.
• 3). Items that are missing because they are confiscated by Customs.

Exchange Policy

All return & exchange claims must be made within 10 days of the customer's receipt of the products.

• 1). While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of each other, occasionally there may be a discrepancy / damaged item(s) in your shipment. Please contact us immediately at contact@everlyskin.com.
• 2). Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for the fastest service.
• 3). To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
• 4). Due to extra security and safety concerns surrounding the national or states emergency such as the Corona Virus epidemic, all EverlySkin sales are final. No exchange or returns will be accepted at this time (Starting March 19. 2020) and until further notice.

Return Policy

Returned shipping is not refundable. 20% restocking fees will be applied.

Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, any returned product must be in the original condition, unopened, undamaged packaging and shipped with a copy of the original sales invoice or packing list slip in sealed cartons with appropriate packaging materials. Your return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time apply after the exchange package is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
